SolveigMM Video Splitter - a very powerful editor for MPEG-2, AVI, WMV, ASF, MP3, WMA files. Key features of the program - is the ability to quickly save or cut any number of media fragments from video / audio file, as well as the Association of media files. All these operations are carried out while maintaining the original quality and without any loss of video / audio synchronization. The interface is simple, and will allow you to edit media files with just a few mouse clicks.
The program is based on SolveigMM Video Editing SDK, the program provides high quality and speed of processing operations avoiding transcoding data. Starting with version 2.0 adds a function of frame-accurate editing for MPEG-2 files. SolveigMM advanced technology keeps 99% of data in its original form, only transcodes some frames that are in the beginning and end of fragments.

Tried to some files right now. The conversion is fast. Kind of a fan of
this now and I am really enjoying all the features.Thanks for sharing this useful video clipping tool!
